DR. PAUL KOSMORSKY

GARY PATEL
As Practice Administrator, Gary oversees all of the day-to-day office activities.

Gary recieved his undergrad degree in pharmacy in India in 2006. Upon coming to the US, he recieved his degree as a medical assistant in 2009. During that time, he also obtained his EMG/NCV tech certification. Gary has been performing EMGs with Dr. Kosmorsky since 2009.

DR. JEFFREY KATRA
Jeff Katra is a graduate of Georgetown University and the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He has also studied law and has holds a master's degree in history from the University of Virginia. Dr. Katra is originally from Wilkes-Barre, PA and has resided in Philadelphia for the past 10 years. He is interested in family medicine, psychiatry, neurology, and the use of cannabis in medicine.
Dr. Kosmorsky has been providing quality medical care for over 20 years in Lower Bucks County. After obtaining his doctoral degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, he completed a year-long rotating Internship at Delaware Valley Medical Center (presently Aria Hospital), followed by a 2 year Family Medicine Residency at University of Medicine and Dentistry at Atlantic City Medical Center.

He is a clinical instructor in the Department of Family Medicine at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and is a member of the American Osteopathic Medical Association and the Pennsylvania Osteopathic Medical Association. Dr. Kosmorsky is a Board Certified in Family Medicine and is a licensed Electrophysiologic Diagnostic Physician.
DR. MICHAEL NATALE
Dr. Michael Natale is a licensed clinical psychologist with almost 40 years’ experience completing his clinical training at University of Pennsylvania Department of Psychology and Psychiatry in 1981 specializing in cognitive behavioral psychotherapy as well as being trained as a neuropsychologist. For several years following the completion of his postdoctoral training he remained at
the Department of Psychiatry, University of Pennsylvania as an assistant clinical director of the Center for Cognitive Therapy as well as completing the publication of neuropsychological research specializing in brain lateralization. Throughout the early 1980s Dr Natale continued to participate in a clinical research study on the effectiveness of cognitive behavioral psychotherapy for treatment of drug addiction at the Philadelphia Veterans Administration Hospital while at the same time developing his private practice in Philadelphia. In his private practice Dr. Natale developed expertise in the treatment of PTSD, depression and anxiety as well as the performance of forensic evaluations. Relocating his practice to South New Jersey in 1985 Dr. Natalecontinued developing short-term treatment techniques as well as performing forensic evaluations and neuropsychological assessments. Consulting psychology, that is, the preparation of summary psychological evaluations, are also provided by Dr.
Natale.

DR. THEODORE COLTERELLI
Dr. Colterelli received his doctoral degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.He completed a medicine internship atCrozer-Keystone Healthcare Systems. He then trained in clinical anesthesiology at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital followed by two years of post-graduate medical training in Family Medicine. Dr. Colterelli has a diverse medical background consisting of twenty five years of healthcare experience. Dr. Colterelli applies the bio-psycho-social approach to his clinical practice. He understands the complexities of clinical care and he integrates evidence based medicine with quality interaction to treat disease and promote optimal health.Dr. Colterelli is published in the New England Journal of Medicine for his work and contributions involved in researching the role of testosterone and herbal supplements in patients with prostate cancer. Dr. Colterelli is excited to offer BioTE hormone replacement and share the benefits with his patients.

DR. ANDREW HALUSHKA
As the C.E.O. of Advanced Back & Neck care Chiropractic since 1997, Dr. Halushka has extensive experience treating patients in a family practice setting. His treatment modalities include chiropractic manipulative therapy, myofascial techniques, theraputic massages, meridian therapy, various physical theraputic modalities and nutritional and supplementation advice.

He graduated from Rutgers University in 1985 with a biology degree and New York Chiropractic College in 1994 with a doctorate degree in Chiropractic and Meridian Therapy. Post graduation, he worked with M-Mode and Two-Dimentional Cardiac Ultrasound with Owen Brown, Founder and director of the Physicians and Technicians instruction course in Cardiac Ultrasound.
